Represent Lids with strong customer communication and product knowledge while creating exceptional retail experiences during the seasonal sales period.
Seasonal retail sales associates support customers seeking sports, fashion, and culture products across Lids stores. You will recommend merchandise, maintain presentations, process inventory, and support revenue goals. The work centers on customer service, product expertise, and professional store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service that supports revenue growth
- Meet or exceed individual company performance goals
- Maintain visual standards, signage, and store cleanliness
- Process shipments and reset merchandise accurately
- Protect company assets under Lids Retail policies
Requirements:
- Clear, professional verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand constantly throughout shifts
- Ability to walk frequently throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
