Les objectifs du spécialiste de l'assurance qualité sont de garantir la conformité des produits et des services fournis aux clients (internes et externes) avec les exigences réglementaires. Veiller à ce que tous les processus soient respectés pour fabriquer et livrer les produits dans le respect des normes de qualité, des coûts et des délais. Il(elle) effectue son travail en mettant l'accent sur l'assurance de la qualité au niveau de la production, sur l'amélioration des performances en matière de qualité et sur la création d'une confiance permanente de la part des clients (internes et externes).


Résumé des fonctions

  • Définit, avec la direction du secteur, les objectifs de qualité en cohérence avec les objectifs du site et assure la mise en œuvre d'actions d'amélioration efficaces pour :

o mesurer la qualité des produits et services fournis aux clients (internes et externes)

o assurer la conformité des pratiques aux procédures de l'entreprise

o participer au déploiement des processus de validation industrielle

o contribuer à l'AMDE, au plan de contrôle et au processus d'atténuation des risques de production.

  • Assurer la qualité des pièces et des monuments livrés :

o assurer le traitement des non-conformités, ainsi que l'analyse des causes profondes RCA

o effectuer des contrôles de qualité, par le biais d'audits de processus et de produits, et gérer les demandes d'actions correctives

o assurer la gestion des qualifications du personnel, le suivi des processus spéciaux et la conformité des moyens de production

o assurer l'interface avec les clients internes, les fournisseurs et les partenaires pour les aspects de fabrication

o arrêter toute action qui aurait des conséquences inacceptables sur la qualité du produit.


  • en œuvre et maintenir le plan de transformation vers un état d'esprit qualité
  • en œuvre le processus standard de Safran Cabin pour l'assurance qualité et la gestion de la production
  • en œuvre des rituels de qualité pour faire battre le tambour de la qualité de la production
  • et comprendre les performances de la production en matière d'assurance qualité à toutes les parties prenantes
  • en place des revues de produits régulières pour la validation des performances, avec un plan d'action associé si nécessaire.
  • en œuvre des mesures d'assurance qualité visant à garantir aux clients le respect des délais et l'absence de défauts (internes et externes).
  • en œuvre des compétences et des processus de résolution des problèmes dans le cadre de l'activité de production de qualité.
  • à la qualification et à la formation des opérateurs à la qualité
  • et réaliser le rapport d'inspection du premier article et le système d'information.


Qualifications

  • Formation : Diplôme d'études secondaires ou plus
  • Expérience : 2 ans d'expérience minimum dans l'assurance qualité ou des postes similaires
  • Compétences informatiques : Connaissance et expérience approfondies de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Autres compétences : Connaissance des outils de la qualité (mesures en production, non-conformité, suivi, étalonnage), connaissance de l'industrie aérospatiale et de défense et de ses réglementations, capacité à négocier : expliquer et persuader.

The objectives of the Quality Assurance specialist are to guarantee the conformity of the products and services delivered to the customers (internals and externals) with regulatory requirements. To ensure that all processes are followed to manufacture and deliver at the standard quality, cost and on time. S(he) conducts her/his job with a high focus on quality assurance at the production level, and to improve the quality performances, and to generate a permanent customer trust (internal and external).


Summary of duties

  • Defines, with the management of the sector, the quality objectives consistent with site objectives and ensure the implementation of effective improvement actions to:

o measure the quality of products and services provided to customers (internals and externals)

o ensure compliance of practices to company procedures

o participate in the deployment of industrial validation processes

o contribute to the FMEA, Control plan and relevant production risk avoidance mitigation process

  • Ensure the quality of the parts and monuments delivered:

o ensure the treatment of non-conformities, as well as performing root cause analysis RCA

o carry out quality surveillances, through process & product audits, and manage corrective action requests

o ensure the management of the quality qualifications personnel, handling of special processes follow-up, and conformity of the means of production

o ensure the interface with internal customers, suppliers and partners for manufacturing aspects

o stop any action that would have unacceptable consequences on the quality of the product


  • Implement and maintain the transformation plan toward a quality mindset
  • Implement Safran Cabin standard process for quality assurance production management
  • Implement quality rituals to drumbeat of the production quality
  • Explain and understood the quality assurance production performance to all stakeholders
  • Set up regular product review for performance validation, with associated action plan if required
  • Implement quality assurance action toward the right-first-time and the zero-defect for the customers (internals and externals)
  • Implement problem-solving skills and processes along quality production activity.
  • Contribute to qualification and quality training operators
  • Monitor and perform First Article inspection report and information system


Qualifications:

  • Education: High school graduate or higher
  • Experience: 2 years’ minimum experience in quality assurance or similar positions
  • Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Other Skills: Knowledge of Quality tools (measures in production, nonconformance, tracking, calibration,), Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry and its regulations, Ability to negotiate: to explain and to persuade.
