Support customers and store standards as a Merchandiser in a Shoppers Drug Mart location. Use product knowledge, organization, and customer service across daily operations.
This position contributes to a locally owned and operated store backed by the Shoppers Drug Mart national brand. You will maintain consumer-focused displays, organize the backroom, receive merchandise, and manage product returns as directed. The role includes acknowledging customers, assisting in aisles, following uniform requirements, and supporting Front Store management with quality standards. Daily responsibilities also require compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain store image, trends, standards, and consumer-focused displays
- Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- Maintain an organized backroom according to established principles
- Support Front Store management with quality and standards
- Assist customers proactively in store aisles
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated approach to assigned work
- Ability to cope with changing sales floor situations
- Accuracy and efficiency with applicable cash responsibilities
- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and remain organized
