As a 310s Licensed Mechanic, your primary focus is to ensure that each vehicle returns to the customer in peak mechanical condition following a collision. Executing precision mechanical repairs and advanced vehicle diagnostics while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality to ensure customer satisfaction. What drives your day‑to‑day? Precision Diagnostics: Utilizing advanced diagnostics tools to identify and clear codes ADAS Calibrations and troubleshoot complex electrical issues. Suspensions and alignments: Performing precise suspension repairs and four‑wheel alignments to ensure vehicle safety and handling Performing general maintenance on vehicles (Brakes, Oil changes, Tire replacements) What Are The Must‑haves… Valid 310s Automotive services license in good standing Proven experience in mechanical repair ideally body shop or dealership Diagnostic proficiency: Experience with modern scan tools and ability to diagnose any mechanical issues with the car. Detail oriented a “Fix it right the first time” mentality Own tools Strong communication Valid G Driver License The Perks.
