Maintain exceptionally clean guest areas as a Full-Time Hotel Houseperson, delivering room supplies promptly and supporting welcoming hotel service.
Working under the Housekeeping Manager, this hotel houseperson maintains guest floors, corridors, linen areas, and public spaces. The work includes cleaning equipment, laundry machines, guest supplies, and guest requests. Service quality, safety, and communication remain central throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness across guest floors, corridors, and linen areas
- Deliver linens, cots, and amenities to guest rooms
- Clean elevators, stairwells, vending areas, and service corridors
- Report room damage and maintenance issues to supervisors
- Operate cleaning equipment safely under standard procedures
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Customer service experience and effective communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 11.5 kilograms
- Ability to multitask and operate basic cleaning equipment
- Flexibility for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
