Welcome members and maintain club cleanliness as a part time Fit4Less Host on Pim Street in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
This Fit4Less Host role provides friendly customer and membership services while completing cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance tasks. You will explain memberships, amenities, automation, and processes, while supporting a consistent experience for members, guests, and prospective members. The role follows Fit4Less guidelines, communications, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests warmly throughout the club
- Clean and tidy areas according to inspection guidelines
- Explain memberships, amenities, automation, and processes
- Promote Black Card amenities and memberships
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or progress toward completion
- One year teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Support Fit4Less members through friendly service, membership assistance, cleanliness standards, and reliable club operations in Sault Ste. Marie.
