Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description Infosys is seeking Senior SAP MM/WM Consultant. This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Responsibilities Typical responsibilities include: Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle and participate in business process consulting. Define problems, propose solutions, and contribute to development, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM/WM solutions. Guide project teams on processes and deliverables; support proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. Help detail project scope and shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients. Qualifications Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Preferred Qualification At least 5 years of experience in SAP projects, including 4 years in full-life cycle implementation projects in SAP MM/WM. Ability to analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed design, perform SAP configurations, write detailed specifications for ABAP custom programs, test and implement the automated solution. Strong hands-on experience in Logistics Execution, EDI/IDoc integration and system integration areas. Knowledge and hands-on experience of B2B integration and system-to-system integration of SAP through EDI/IDOC and other interface methods. Extensive knowledge of SAP custom application programs, enhancements, BADIs/BAPIs, interfaces and user exits. Experience in Master data related projects and Enterprise Portal is desirable. Ability to read ABAP code is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; analytical abilities. Experience with project management; planning and coordination skills. Writing of functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces. Experience with Logistics execution; working with business users to define scope and gather requirements; testing and rollout of the final product. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and on multiple projects; experience working with cross-functional teams. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Compensation Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the location: Ontario: $89,004 to $103,042.
