In this role at LensCrafters, you will serve as the welcoming face of the store, ensuring each customer feels valued and directed to the right associate. You'll also handle incoming deliveries and maintain safety protocols for customers and employees. Your positive interactions will contribute to our mission of providing top-notch eye care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers warmly as they enter and leave
• Serve as the primary point of contact within the store
• Help receive packages and guide delivery services
• Secure doorways for customer safety while upholding policies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a doorman or greeter
• Positive, friendly attitude in customer interactions
• Ability to provide basic local and store information
• Strong sense of safety awareness in emergency situations
• High attention to detail when managing duties
