Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and coordinate shipment activities efficiently
• Communicate with overseas offices regarding shipment status
• Organize transport and documentation with carriers
• Produce accurate documentation within deadlines
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers
Requirements:
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications
• Bilingual in French and English for international trade
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environments
• Background in Freight Forwarding is an asset
