This Security Guard role supports a safe, secure, and welcoming casino environment. You will protect company property and assets while assisting patrons, communicating with supervisors, and documenting irregular activities. The position requires professional performance during incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain vigilance for patron and staff safety
- Respond to inquiries, incidents, and medical emergencies
- Communicate suspicious activity to supervisors and teammates
- Document irregular or illegal activities in reports
- Implement evacuation and other emergency protocols
Requirements:
- One to three years of security experience preferred
- One to three years of customer service experience required
- Proficient written and oral English communication
- Valid AGLC Gaming Registration and clear Criminal Record Check
- Standard First Aid Level C with AED
