Deliver courteous customer service at Real Canadian Superstore while keeping carts available and shopping areas ready for customers. Work across store settings, including outside.
As a Courtesy Clerk, you will support a positive in-store shopping experience through helpful service, cart management, and product promotion setup. You will return carts, maintain neat department areas, and help ensure health and safety standards. No previous experience is required, and training is provided to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure shopping carts remain available for customer use
- Return carts to designated store and parking lot areas
- Set up company-directed promotions and programs
- Keep department areas neat throughout each shift
- Help ensure health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Provide resourceful, courteous responses to customer questions
- Work independently while contributing as a team player
- Show attention to detail and motivation to learn
- Work days, evenings, weekends, and varied departments
- Move up to 50 pounds while staying mobile
Bring courtesy, attention to detail, and dependable cart service to support Real Canadian Superstore customers throughout each shift.
