JOB DESCRIPTION • Work experience in Work force software for more than 4 years . • Certified as configuration Specialist - PT102 and Interface certification -PT103 and Report specialist Certification. Mandatory needed. • Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language • Should be good in Workforce Script and WFS Reports • Sound knowledge on WFS LD tables and HR interface. • Good Understanding of WFS – Payroll and WFS- Finance Integration • Should be able to work on Time import and Time Recording Interface. • Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process. • Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently. • Good understanding on the workforce system flow . • Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level. • Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, Transaction Creation Policy, Settings etc. • Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage) • Should be well versed with HR import mapping. • Readiness to work in WFS Reports, Integrations and Time Recording Interface. • Good communication skills both Verbal and written. • Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging • Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred. • Good Knowledge on SQL query
