The Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel seeks dedicated banquet servers to enhance guest experiences in their modern event spaces. You will be compensated at $15.50 an hour, supplemented by tips. Tasks include serving, setting up rooms, and ensuring seamless service delivery during functions, showcasing your multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend pre-event briefings to understand key details
• Arrange tables beautifully as per Banquet Event Orders
• Provide guests with engaging descriptions of menu items
• Serve food efficiently and with genuine warmth
• Quickly respond to guest needs and coordinate with the team
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Proserve Certification is mandatory
• Proven superior customer service background
• Ability to lift heavy items as required
• Experience in hotel settings is considered an advantage
