You’ll be partnering with associates inside ADP or outside with our clients. You’ll work across all HR disciplines - management, benefits, payroll, risk management and compliance to deliver your human capital management expertise in an increasingly competitive global marketplace. Every day, you’ll respond professionally and timely to clients regarding the use of WFN (Payroll, Time & Attendance, HRB modules). You’ll complete complex projects for clients, such as calculation updates, special reports, and company set‑up or troubleshooting activities. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working with internal technical support, various production departments and additional ADP Service hubs as needed to identify a resolution. You’ll provide support to our internal and external clients, including instruction, navigation, troubleshooting, maintenance and evaluations to determine solutions and alternatives. Develop knowledge. You’ll continually upgrade your knowledge and skill base through a wide variety of available resources to ensure familiarity with appropriate statutory laws or legislative rulings that impact clients and learn future products and new tools as they are deployed. Problem‑solver. You’ll respond to and resolve all incoming telephone calls and/or email inquiries from clients, delivering the highest level of client service within expected timelines. You’ll leverage resources to research and respond to client inquiries requiring guidance on how to address a wide variety of payroll, pay practice, payroll tax questions and statutory and regulatory changes. Exceed expectations. You’ll ensure proper, timely follow‑up on assigned cases to ensure service level agreements and seamless client experience. You’ll build trust in ADP as a service provider. You’ll proactively seek ways to provide a better service experience for clients, recommending enhancements to products and support processes. Service with a smile. You’ll respond to and resolve all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries from clients, delivering the highest level of client service within expected timelines. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements Knowledge of CCI (Autopay) Experience with TLM/EZLM Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll ADP Product knowledge in WFN Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) Excellent client service and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work anywhere from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST.
