In this role, you will provide a fun and informative shopping experience while helping the store achieve its sales goals. As part of Little Burgundy, you will engage with customers, assist in store operations, and keep abreast of current trends in footwear fashion. Our focus is on team success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed personal and team sales objectives consistently
• Conduct all operations and loss prevention tasks accurately
• Organize the stockroom and ensure an appealing store presentation
• Communicate effectively with management regarding store needs
• Deliver an entertaining and memorable shopping experience
Requirements:
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail setting
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Bilingualism may be required in Quebec
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
• Must be at least 16 years of age
