In this role, your commitment to guest service is paramount as you interact with visitors and assist in crafting our signature bakery treats. This position, whether part-time or full-time, encourages multi-tasking and effective communication with your team, leading to possible advancements as a Trainer or Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier guest service throughout shifts
• Prepare and deliver popular bakery items
• Collaborate with teammates for seamless service
• Keep workstations tidy and upheld
• Support a positive and energetic environment
Requirements:
• Capability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
• Previous Quick Service experience is beneficial
• Approach guests with a friendly demeanor
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
