We have over 200 offices across Canada, ask us about our flexible work arrangements The Position We are looking for a Sr. Network Services Analyst to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic region on a Permanent FT Basis. The Senior Network Services Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure with a strong focus on Cisco Meraki technologies. This role ensures network reliability, security, and scalability across multiple sites, supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives. Lead SD‑WAN deployments and VPN architecture for secure, resilient connectivity. Operations & TroubleshootingPerform advanced diagnostics and resolve complex LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi issues. Monitor network performance and implement proactive improvements using Meraki Dashboard and analytics tools. Security & ComplianceCollaborate with security teams to enforce firewall policies, segmentation, and Zero Trust principles. Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks. Documentation & StandardsMaintain accurate network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration baselines. Contribute to continuous improvement of network governance processes. Leadership & MentorshipProvide technical guidance to junior analysts and cross‑functional teams. Act as a subject matter expert for Meraki technologies within the organization. The Successful Candidate Will Have If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply* Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise networking. Extensive hands‑on expertise with Cisco Meraki solutions (MX, MS, MR). Technical Skills Strong knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS). Experience with SD‑WAN, VPN, and cloud‑managed networking. Familiarity with network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SASE). Certifications CCNP or Higher. Meraki CMNA/CMNP strongly preferred. Key Competencies Analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making. Ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑site projects. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Working Conditions Standard office environment with occasional travel to branch sites. Hybrid work model (2 days in office per week). Participation in on‑call rotation for critical incident response.
