In this supervisory role at Lovo, you'll manage a dedicated team of shipping and receiving employees, monitor timesheets, and oversee onboarding processes. Effectively develop inventory management systems for finished goods while fostering an engaging workplace through motivation and team development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employees to maintain a healthy work environment
• Oversee timesheets, onboarding, and disciplinary files
• Develop optimal inventory management systems
• Ensure communication flow with management and supervisors
• Enforce HACCP/GFSI policies and health regulations
Requirements:
• College diploma in operations management or relevant training
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Available Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM
• Excellent communication skills in French
• Familiarity with Office 365 and food industry practices
