In this customer service role, you'll engage members at the front desk while promoting the values of Ignite Fitness Holdings. Your responsibilities include answering calls graciously, managing member inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The position requires balancing multiple tasks efficiently in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check out members in a friendly manner
• Anticipate member needs and respond promptly
• Deliver efficient telephone service with accurate information
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift
• Drive revenue through product knowledge and promotions
Requirements:
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma
• Six months of face-to-face customer service experience
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with a flexible rotating schedule
• Fitness industry experience preferred
