Qualifications Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university. Fully registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia. Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic. Key Functions and Responsibilities Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients. Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in patient care delivery. Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic. Communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence. Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic. Engage in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development. Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.
