We are looking for a Senior Heavy Mechanical Engineer to contribute to our hydro‑electric division. Responsabilités (Responsibilities) Fournir des services et conseils d’ingénierie portant sur la conception, la fabrication et l’installation d’écouleurs de crue, conduites forcées, ponts roulants, poutrelles, grilles à débris, et appareils de levage. Participer aux diverses étapes d’un projet hydro‑électrique (faisabilité, avant‑projet, ingénierie détaillée, etc.), incluant les audits techniques en centrale, l’analyse des besoins du client, la rédaction de rapports, la réalisation des bordereaux des quantités, etc. Rédiger les rapports techniques d’études, d’analyses, de vérifications et d’inspections, de demandes de modification technique, de non‑conformité, etc. Rédiger les spécifications techniques et superviser la préparation de dessins. Rédiger des spécifications techniques pour l’approvisionnement ou la réfection de différents systèmes hydromécaniques. Vérifier la documentation produite par les fournisseurs (dessins, notes de calcul, procédures de fabrication, spécifications d’achat, procédures de montage, etc.). Effectuer des inspections, de la supervision, et des essais occasionnels en atelier ou sur site. Compétences Recherchées (Required Skills) Expérience en conception d’écouleurs de crue, turbines‑alternateurs un avantage. Disponibilité pour voyager. Assignation en chantier possible. Bonne connaissance pratique des logiciels de conception mécanique. Expérience avec les outils de calcul par éléments finis un atout. Capacité à coordonner et à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire. Exigences (Requirements) Baccalauréat en génie mécanique (maîtrise un atout). Membre de l’O.I.Q. ou admissible à en devenir. Un minimum de 5 années d’expérience à titre d’ingénieur dans le domaine de la mécanique lourde et/ou de projets hydro‑électriques. Expérience en turbines‑alternateurs (un atout).
