Your role will be pivotal in developing a culture of safety through training and compliance. Responsibilities include facilitating safety meetings, managing incident investigations, and ensuring that training meets regulatory requirements. Your strong organizational skills will drive improvements in operational safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate monthly safety meetings
• File and manage incident investigations
• Assist in developing safety program initiatives
• Monitor adherence to safety policies and regulations
• Train new staff on safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Class 2 license with B endorsement required
• Clean driver’s abstract with proven skills
• Previous experience in school bus operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of safety legislation preferred
Drive excellence in training and safety adherence among professional drivers while fostering a supportive learning environment.
