Drive safely while delivering pizza orders and serving customers by phone, online, and in person. Training includes customer service and hands-on practice.
The Delivery Driver operates equipment, prepares products, and handles orders. This work includes stocking ingredients, processing telephone and internet orders, and communicating with customers and coworkers. It also requires accurate money handling, facility cleaning, and safe navigation during deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment used for preparation and service
- Stock and rotate ingredients through storage areas
- Prepare products and process customer orders
- Count inventory and complete required paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility areas
Requirements:
- Safely drive an own vehicle for deliveries
- Navigate roads, maps, stairs, and adverse terrain
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers
- Calculate monetary change accurately using a calculator
- Lift, carry, push, climb, bend, and reach
Use safe driving, customer service, order processing, and product preparation skills while delivering quality pizza service.
