Test Engineer Infosys is seeking a Test Engineer to act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Responsibilities Act as a validation and quality assurance expert. Conduct requirement analysis. Define test strategy & design. Lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Collaborate with the team to deliver defect‑free solutions. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga/Toronto, ON or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 2 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of software testing experience. 2+ years of core Java or Selenium TestNG automation experience. API automation using Rest Assured. Proficient in writing SQL queries. Agile experience. Understanding of CI/CD. Understanding of test management process and SDLC/STLC. Good soft skills. Worked on CI/CD integration. Worked on or have knowledge on monolith to cloud modernization. Domain experience in Capital market and Payments. Job Details The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
