Job Description Summary Join our AI Defense team to develop security tools that leverage AI for penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessment of AI applications. Key Accountabilities Design, build, and implement tools for penetration testing, red teaming, and ongoing evaluation of vulnerabilities in AI applications. Build mock AI applications to test and understand both internal and third‑party AI security solutions. Analyze vendor and open‑source applications. Scale tools to meet customer needs, integrating with CI/CD pipelines. Fulfill and advance security best practices. Collaborate with partners and customers to understand relevant business needs. Create clean and understandable documentation for tools, features, and assessment results. Qualifications Minimum 7 years programming production applications. Strong understanding of Python programming. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience troubleshooting production applications. Understanding of RESTful APIs and data manipulation (JSON, XML, CSV, HTML). Scripting skills on Linux. Ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel including leadership, executives, clients, and vendors. Capability to make engineering design decisions and improve systems. Understanding of core security systems such as authentication and encryption. Understanding of Azure cloud and networking concepts. Nice to Haves Understanding of LLM fundamentals. Understanding of simple and advanced RAG use cases. Certifications such as CISSP.
