Lead customer service, cash operations, and merchandising at a Shoppers Drug Mart store while keeping customers at the centre of service. Support a locally owned business with national brand backing.
As Front Store Supervisor, you manage customer service functions involving cash, cashiers, and merchandising. You train and guide staff, maintain store standards, and address customer inquiries and issues. The work includes loss prevention, product displays, housekeeping, and Health and Safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cashier and merchandising staff follow store procedures
- Train cashiers and merchandisers in job functions
- Manage cash office inventory and cashier tracking
- Resolve refunds, exchanges, and other customer issues
- Maintain organized shelves, displays, and store image
Requirements:
- Planning, judgement, and decision-making abilities
- Independent thinking when organizing the store
- Problem-solving skills supporting customer satisfaction
- Computer literacy and organized time management
- Knowledge of products and supplies
