Guide each shift at Pacific Centre as a part-time Retail Shift Lead, coordinating customer service, merchandising, and store execution on-site.
As a Läderach Key Holder, you will help create a wonderful in-store experience and build retail management responsibility. The position includes supporting Store Associates, targeting sales objectives, maintaining compliance, and discussing progress during team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various in-store tasks throughout each assigned shift
- Ensure sales-floor movement flows effectively for customers
- Help achieve sales objectives and compliance standards
- Support loss prevention standards and accurate product merchandising
- Participate in meetings about goals, progress, and improvements
Requirements:
- At least one year of retail sales experience
- Experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Quality-minded approach with keen attention to detail
- Reliable flexibility for scheduling according to store needs
- Physical stamina for active, standing shifts
Use dependable shift leadership, clear communication, and retail judgment to support Läderach customers and standards at Pacific Centre.
