Deliver attentive customer service as an Over The Counter Store Clerk at Real Canadian Superstore, keeping shelves stocked and products available.
Store Team Members support positive in-store shopping experiences through product knowledge, accurate scanning, and helpful customer conversations. You will maintain displays, respond to customer needs, assist ordering, and keep department areas ready. No previous experience is required, and training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and respond to customer needs
- Maintain product displays according to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up promotions
- Maintain neat departments and health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Team player with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions
- Motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
Support Real Canadian Superstore customers through product availability, accurate scanning, courteous service, and well-maintained shopping areas.
