Our client, a leading full-service interior design and FF&E procurement firm for the senior living market, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the team in creating enduring value for senior living communities. Responsibilities: Provide space planning and design concepts that meet project requirements and building codes Research and select appropriate finishes and furnishings within budget Manage project timelines, budget, and quality from start to finish Mentor and manage junior design team members Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Occasional travel to the United States required Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Hospitality Design, including senior living and furniture design Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design Strong working knowledge of tender documents preparation & issuance Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, and Illustrator Ability to work independently and manage a team Passionate, creative, and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices About the Company: Our client is a leading full-service interior design and FF&E procurement firm for the senior living market.
