We have a need for an experienced Product Manager to lead our AdTech Platform capabilities and front-end user experience. This will involve re-thinking from the ground up the User Experience by Role and Jobs to be Done. This will be inclusive of an API-first architecture to enable the deployment of autonomous AI Agents, managed by our Customer Success/Operations/Optimization teams. For example, a screen to define and launch adgroups may be required by both humans and agents. You take an AI first approach from product productivity across strategy, discovery, requirements, mockups or prototypes. This role will require a blend of AdTech, User Research, and UX Design. The team you are paired with represents the platform capabilities and front end for several business lines, which need to be architecturally separated. We are looking for an experienced PM who is excited about a big and challenging problem space. This role will report directly to the CPO. It is an exciting time to build the foundational capabilities that will have a wide-reaching impact, come join us What You’ll Do Lead the vision, requirements and launch of the next evolution of our AdTech backend and front-end capabilities. Create the detailed product roadmap for internal Publisher, Advertiser, and Marketplace views to manage the business. Interview and document discovery calls with stakeholders to uncover true pain points, problems to be solved and synthesize into your roadmap. Work with our CTO, CPO and VP of Engineering to support a step change in coding efficiency and reduction in defects by leveraging AI (Claude, Co-pilots, Cursor, Replit etc.). Establish and run the product intake process to get stakeholders' input and alignment on their pain points. Leverage your PM principles to strategically analyze requests, look around corners to deliver what stakeholders need and not necessarily the feature asking for in a ticket. You are expected to have an AI-first productivity approach – use AI to generate wireframes, share working prototypes using Replit, synthesize pain points before solutioning. Define success, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data. Empower the commercial teams by providing crisp communication on execution plans, releases and host training sessions. Qualifications 5+ Years of relevant Product Management Experience, with substantial experience in front end UX Design. Experience in owning the product strategy and roadmap in the AdTech domain (publisher placements and advertiser campaign management). Experience and willingness to take an AI first approach across all aspects of productivity (PMs & Engineering). Ability to execute on a roadmap engaging with internal platform & front-end engineers, data engineers, data scientists, operational and commercial team stakeholders. Nice to Haves 2+ Year(s) of relevant digital advertising or adjacent experience. Familiarity with performance marketing measures – CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. Conceptual understanding of Agentic AI, and the platform/functionality needed to support both Human and Autonomous Agent users.
