Lead retail operations at Kitchen Stuff Plus with customer service and sales-floor supervision in a GTA store. This is a part-time contract assignment.
As Shift Leader, you will supervise Sales Associates and direct customer service, merchandising, housekeeping, shipping, receiving, and health and safety. You will support productivity, service goals, sales goals, training, transactions, inventory, and store procedures while reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales-floor operations and direct Associate tasks
- Provide responsive customer service and achieve sales goals
- Mentor Associates and support assigned-task training
- Direct shipping, receiving, merchandising, and housekeeping operations
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate customer matters appropriately
Requirements:
- Computer skills and ability to learn technological systems
- Leadership skills and pressure-based decision-making ability
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Availability for extended days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift forty pounds and use ladders to ten feet
