Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java FS Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java and expertise in at least one of the following front-end framework :Angular.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Springboot and the chosen front-end framework (Angular).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Troubleshoot and debug software defects and production issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior software engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on Java development.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.

Expertise in at least one of the following front-end framework: Angular.

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Knowledge of database systems and SQL.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Onsite / Offshore coordination required
