ATCO Electric is seeking recent graduates with an Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma to join their Operations team. This entry-level role involves critical tasks in substations and isolated generation facilities. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, enhancing your skills in electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance testing on protective relays and circuit breakers
• Assist in equipment installation and commissioning
• Participate in repairs and troubleshooting of distribution-related systems
• Maintain records of maintenance activities
• Gain exposure to PLC, RTU, and HMI systems
Requirements:
• Completed Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma
• Understanding of electrical theory and safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
