Job Title Contract Conformance Specialist IV Location Calgary or Edmonton, AB Our client Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist IV to join their team. As a Contract Conformance Specialist IV, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting project teams across major capital projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and proactive problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Description Manage the administration stages of contracts for assigned capital projects, ensuring compliance and conformance. Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to facilitate communication and resolve contractual issues promptly. Lead negotiations during the bidding and contract formation phases with potential contractors. Review contractor submissions, invoices, and change orders for compliance with contractual requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation and support project close‑out activities to ensure contractual and procedural compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline, or equivalent experience in contract administration. Experience with large, complex engineering and construction agreements, preferably in the energy or gas pipeline industry. Strong understanding of contracting processes and legal considerations related to construction projects. Excellent organizational, technical writing, and communication skills. Proficiency with office applications such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Oracle, ProjectWise, and SharePoint. What's in it for me?
