As a Sales Associate for UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, you will be essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will include building rapport with customers, providing accurate product recommendations, and communicating the brand's sustainability practices. Collaboration with your team and maintaining a welcoming store environment will enhance customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and acknowledge their needs
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on inquiries
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness standards
• Communicate UGG's sustainability initiatives effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma necessary
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license and flexible schedule availability
