Pro Service Appointment Coordinator — Auto Dealership

Guelph Toyota is seeking a BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

As part of the service team you will handle incoming service calls and emails, advise on maintenance, input and maintain vehicle/customer information, complete outbound reminders, and schedule appointments while escalating customer concerns to management when needed.
