Base pay range CA$190,000.00/yr - CA$210,000.00/yr Position: Tax DirectorDealership: Home OfficeLocation: RemoteClassification: Full Time Responsibilities Provide senior tax advice on corporate strategy and major business decisions Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and tax provisions for international and domestic operations Manage and mentor the tax team, fostering professional growth and leadership Oversee tax audits and disputes, managing relationships with tax authorities Drive adoption of technology and process improvements within the tax function Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws, including IFRS and US GAAP Monitor and analyze changes in tax regulations and advise senior management on impacts Develop and implement tax risk management strategies Must-haves 10-15 years of tax experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role Strong expertise in international tax, tax compliance, reporting and planning Proven experience working with multinational organizations Strong leadership skills with experience managing a high‑performing tax team Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability Proficiency in tax compliance software (Taxprep, Alteryx, OneStream, MS Power BI) and Microsoft Office Ability to manage complex projects and provide strategic tax guidance to executive management Perks Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package Employee Vehicle Purchase & Service Plans Employee and Family Assistance Programs Company‑wide appreciation events and contests throughout the calendar year Professional development and the opportunity to grow your career Can you picture yourself here already?
