Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We at Rebound Therapies are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs. We are passionate about delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavior changes and improve the overall quality of life for individuals with autism. Responsibilities Conducting initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers Staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA 75% hours during your workweek Overtime Bonus Clinicians who work 42 hours per week or less, will be eligible for overtime. Overtime will be paid based on an average of your pay rate for the week. For those that work more than 42 hours, only overtime will be compensated. Individual Pay Rates will be adjusted to the following: 65-70% Productive = $1.50 increase per hour 70-75% Productive = $3.00 increase per hour 75% or More Productive = $4.00 increase per hour. This increases will be paid for all hours worked not just billable time.
