Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a large retail client based in Vancouver BC. This Senior Program Manager will manage project progress, and budget, collaborate with business stakeholders and more. The Senior Program Manager will play a key role in leading the delivery efforts of our Global Workforce Management Application, partnering very closely with our people and culture business partners and enterprise. The team is responsible for all WFM system configuration of employment laws related to hiring, wage and hours, time off and entitlements. This is a global team, primarily out of Seattle, WA and Vancouver, Canada. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for delivery execution and prioritization, overseeing workstreams/projects across business and operational functions, driving alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful program delivery. This individual oversees the Project Managers, Business Analysts, and System Analysts/Engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key projects within the program that could be agile or waterfall. They will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Manage project progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and business requirements Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities Compensation $65/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
