Serve Walmart customers in Scarborough while maintaining food shelves, rotating stock, and supporting accurate product pricing daily. This associate role centers on food handling.
The Food and Consumables Associate maintains and zones the department while assisting with stocking and goods sales. You will uphold Walmart’s basic beliefs and values through exemplary customer service. Key tasks include product organization, expiration checks, signing, pricing, and cold chain compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Zone shelves, tables, and bunkers accurately
- Rotate stock and check expiration dates
- Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced
- Record temperatures and calibrate thermometers
- Follow ordering, clearance, and pricing procedures
Requirements:
- Must be 16 or older
- Ability to follow food handling standards
- Ability to follow cold chain compliance procedures
- Ability to support stocking and goods sales
- Commitment to Walmart standards and policies
Support Walmart’s Scarborough food department through customer service, stock rotation, food handling, and accurate product presentation every day.
