Remote | Full-time Director of Marketing Drive our brand and demand engine At Clinia, we are building the search and data infrastructure that digital health enterprises across North America use to deliver trusted, connected care experiences. As a 40-person post-Series A scaleup, we partner with product builders to leverage health data to drive better outcomes and operational efficiency. We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the full marketing function, owning our brand, voice, and demand engine. You will amplify our presence in the market, drive a qualified pipeline, and ensure our story resonates with developers, prospects, customers, and the broader industry. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will lead the MarCom functions, architect pipeline programs, and operationalize a consistent brand narrative from strategy to execution across every touchpoint. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will begin as an individual contributor focused on establishing core marketing foundations, with approved scope to build and lead a small, high‑performing team. As the Marketing Director at Clinia, you will partner closely with Product, Customer Success and Sales to maintain a disciplined prospect feedback loop and build a recognized brand in the industry. What you will do Build and operate a scalable demand engine that consistently delivers qualified pipeline across integrated and ABM programs Partner with Sales to own marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, using performance data to guide priorities and investments Define and uphold a strong, consistent brand narrative across all channels—internal and external. Grow Clinia’s visibility by leading content, campaigns, events, social media, employer branding, and media relations Elevate Clinia’s employer brand to attract top talent as the company scales Expand market presence through thought leadership, industry events, and relationships with key opinion leaders Lead customer marketing initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, events, and partner enablement Work closely with Sales to refine targeting, improve lead quality, and strengthen conversion throughout the funnel Own overall marketing strategy, budget, performance measurement, and team leadership What we are looking for Proven experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing Track record architecting and scaling a measurable pipeline engine Significant marketing experience with broad scope of impact and people leadership responsibility Strong brand and communications experience in a complex or technical category Expertise in ABM, content strategy, digital and growth marketing channels, and modern marketing tooling Ability to balance strategic direction with hands‑on execution and operate with a focus on measurable impact Why You Will Love Working Here Equity via our global ESOP, you share in what you build 4 weeks vacation plus summer hours Group insurance from day one Remote‑friendly culture means you can work from anywhere ⚕️ 24/7 online doctor access for you and your family
