This essential position involves managing 50-75 employees, ensuring they meet operational goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing operational plans, performing root-cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives with JBS tools. You will play a vital role in achieving organizational performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate production teams in daily operations
• Develop short and long-term operational strategies
• Monitor compliance with quality and safety requirements
• Diagnose performance gaps and implement corrective actions
• Foster team development through coaching and accountability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years in manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience (min. 3 years)
• Understanding of all aspects of manufacturing operations
• Experience with JBS tools and data analytics
• Strong leadership skills to guide team performance
