Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, sales‑focused professional to drive retail sales performance within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include visiting two retail locations daily, building strong customer relationships, delivering engaging product presentations, and meeting sales targets. Must be comfortable commuting across Scarborough during the shift. Details Territory: Scarborough, ON Car access required – mandatory Start Date: February 2, 2026 Contract: Until December 31, 2026 Hours: 28–40 per week Schedule: 4–5 shifts per week (7 hours per shift – 6 hours of work + 1 paid hour for travel) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (increases after 3‑month probation) plus monthly sales incentives Training: 2‑week program with assessment required to continue Key Responsibilities Field Sales & Relationship Building: Visit 2 retail locations daily, spending 3 hours per site, fostering relationships with staff and engaging customers. Customer Engagement: Approach and educate potential customers about the benefits of smoke‑free devices, creating engaging conversations that spark interest. Technical Demonstrations: Conduct hands‑on demos and clearly communicate product features and benefits. Sales & Customer Registration: Meet sales targets, register customers, and handle objections effectively. Tech‑Savvy: Proficient with phones/tablets for reporting and data entry. Retailer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with retail staff while educating customers. Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges, identify solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Personal Attributes Proven sales ability and target achievement. Personable, confident, strong communication skills. Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to work independently. Skilled at presenting products with clarity and confidence. Organized, adaptable, solutions focused. Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and vehicle access. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Capacity to stand for extended periods and transport personal materials, including a briefcase and a 30‑lb mobile table.
