Engage customers this holiday season as a Holiday Customer Service Expert at LCBO in Rosseau, Ontario. Deliver standout service from November 16 to December 31 and enhance customer shopping experiences.
The LCBO is actively seeking enthusiastic representatives to work in our retail locations. You will support customers with purchases while gaining valuable wine, beer, and spirits knowledge through paid training. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and create a welcoming store atmosphere during peak shopping times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers efficiently using the POS/Cash system
• Ask for donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey
• Replenish stock and maintain store cleanliness
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs. frequently while standing
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Strong customer interaction skills
• Availability on key holiday dates
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
