BC Canada Lattice Full time

What You Will Do We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Habits (Growth) team and help more managers and employees get real value from Lattice’s core workflows. This team works on the moments that turn “I tried Lattice” into “I use Lattice every week.” We focus on reducing friction, building habits, and helping people successfully complete everyday work, like prepping for 1:1s or giving feedback, without overthinking it. As a Lead Product Manager on the Habits team, you will: Own the activation and adoption strategy across Lattice, setting clear direction on where to invest and why; not just what experiments to run Connect activation work directly to business outcomes, tying improvements in onboarding, usage, and habits to retention and long‑term customer value Work horizontally across multiple products and surfaces, including onboarding, the homepage, Meetings, Updates, Feedback, and more, to create cohesive growth experiences Map the end‑to‑end user journey, identify the biggest drop‑offs and opportunities, and prioritize the highest‑impact bets Build and iterate on growth loops that drive meaningful, repeat usage (not vanity metrics) Clearly communicate strategy, learnings, and trade‑offs to a wide range of stakeholders, bringing partners along with you through data and storytelling Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship quickly, and with Product Marketing and Customer Experience to amplify what works Define, track, and learn from key growth metrics: activation, cohorts, repeat usage, and retention signals Talk to customers early and often to validate that what you’re shipping is genuinely improving their day‑to‑day work What You Will Bring To The Table We’re looking for a product manager who cares deeply about customer behavior and knows how to balance speed with thoughtful execution. You’ll be a great fit if you have a combination of: 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, lifecycle, or adoption‑focused roles A track record of improving product activation, engagement, or retention through shipped product changes Comfort running experiments without perfect data and learning quickly from outcomes Experience working closely with Engineering and Design to ship iteratively and often Clear, concise communication skills and a habit of sharing what you’ve learned Empathy for managers and employees trying to do meaningful work consistently Bonus Experience with B2B SaaS or HR technology products Familiarity with behavior‑driven design, habit formation, or lifecycle frameworks Experience partnering with Customer Success or GTM teams on adoption initiatives Even if you don’t meet every preferred qualification, we encourage you to apply. We’re looking for strong product thinkers, not perfect resumes. Compensation and Benefits The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $135,000 – $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans. Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life, AD&DD, and Disability Insurance Emergency Weather Support Wellness Apps Paid Parental Leave Paid Time off (inclusive of holidays and sick time) Commuter & Parking Accounts Lunches in the Office Internet and Phone Stipend 401(k) retirement plan Financial Planning Learning & Development Budget Note on Pay Transparency: Lattice provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations. Compensation may vary based on (a) location, as Lattice factors in specific location when benchmarking compensation for most roles; (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience. Additionally, Lattice leverages current market data to determine compensation, so posted compensation figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. Lattice reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law.
