Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Title insurance, project management, Agile methodologies, and technical expertise in Azure DevOps / TFS, .Net, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Utilize Agile / Scrum methodologies to drive project execution and adapt to changing priorities.
- Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the title insurance or real estate industry.
- Strong technical background with experience in Azure Dev Ops / TFS, .Net (APIs, web services, GUI), and related technologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
