Our focus lies in improving incomes, minimizing taxes, and preserving wealth for clients spanning various industries including manufacturing, medical services, oil and gas, and professional corporations.
What We're Looking For
We're in search of an individual who is passionate about providing excellent client service and possesses effective communication skills. As a key member of our team, you'll provide guidance and support on bookkeeping, accounting, and tax matters, while also fostering relationships and maintaining a strong work ethic.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications
- Seven Years of Recent Experience: You should have at least seven years of recent experience in a professional accounting firm, including a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a managerial role. This experience will enable you to review and complete Compilation and Review Engagement files, as well as personal and corporate tax returns, while coaching and supporting other team members.
- Credibility and Interpersonal Skills: Build credibility with clients through your current accounting, assurance, and tax experience. Your curiosity in their business coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in fostering client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple deadlines and competing tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, along with experience using Ifrim, CaseWare, TaxCycle, QuickBooks, and Sage.
