Eataly, the largest artisanal Italian marketplace, is seeking a Seasonal Wine Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will possess wine sales experience, along with strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include guiding guests through wine selections, stocking merchandise, and executing wine classes, providing valuable product knowledge while ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with wine selection and product inquiries
• Educate visitors on Italian wines, beers, and beverages
• Receive and stock wine and store merchandise
• Support La Scuola Sip & Savor wine classes
• Ensure the wine area is well-organized and inviting
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in wine sales required
• Familiarity with Italian wines preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
