Support Toronto shoppers at Sheridan Nurseries with plant care, product sales, and guest service. This seasonal position offers full or part time scheduling.
As a Guest Service Associate, you will engage guests, recommend related products, and help deliver complete purchase solutions. You will maintain plant material, restock products, and support merchandising, marketing, and sales initiatives. The position also includes carry-out assistance and store upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service throughout each guest interaction
- Recommend related products and explain their benefits
- Support marketing, merchandising, and sales initiatives
- Maintain live plants through watering and upkeep
- Contribute to cleanliness, safety, and store readiness
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
- Hardworking approach with initiative and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift 50 pounds
