We are seeking to fill a leadership position overseeing crucial aspects of our Quantum‑Safe initiatives. In this role, you will lead three critical areas: Quantum‑Safe Networks Solution Program Management, where you’ll drive the development and execution of Quantum‑Safe solutions; Quantum‑Safe Networks Ecosystem Partner Management, where you’ll foster collaboration with external stakeholders; and Solution Evangelization for the Americas Region, where you’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) liaising with our Regional Business Center on matters of Quantum‑Safe practices. Your responsibilities You have: Quantum‑Safe Networks Solution Program Management: Lead the QSN SOLUTION CREATE core team in validating, documenting, and promoting Quantum‑Safe blueprints-configurations, leveraging the Nokia SOLUTION CREATE process while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables. Manage resource allocation, timelines, and project risks effectively. Monitor & report progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives. Quantum‑Safe Networks Ecosystem Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with external industry partners. Leverage partner networks to expand market reach and drive adoption of Quantum‑Safe solutions. Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives, co‑marketing efforts, and solution development. Identify strategic partners and negotiate agreements to enhance our ecosystem. Stay attuned to industry trends and competitor activities via partners interactions. Solution Evangelization for the Americas Region: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Quantum‑Safe practices. Contribute into the knowledge transfer to our Regional Business Centers about Quantum‑Safe Solution, products, and associated technologies. Conduct workshops, webinars, and thought leadership sessions. Your skills and experience You have: A degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field. More than 15 years of related experience. Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, especially in context of multi‑regional / multi‑functional teams. Program Management: Proficient in project management, risk management, and achieving project goals. Familiarity with the Nokia SOLUTION CREATE process is advantageous. Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and industry experts. Educational Outreach: Experience in conducting educational seminars, workshops, or thought leadership sessions. Technical Expertise: Understanding our connectivity enablement products, of cryptography, classical physics entropy, quantum physics entropy and entanglement, and post‑quantum cryptography (PQC). Familiarity with quantum‑key distribution (QKD) technologies and their application in secure communication networks. Business Development: Proven track record in driving the organization to develop emerging initiatives, assisting business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the telecom or cybersecurity industry. Industry Knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities related to network connectivity and security.
